Wendy

Hi, my name is Wendy and I joined Alcombe Vets Whitton in December 2022 as a receptionist.

I am from Polish descent, grew up in Shipley, West Yorkshire and studied in Manchester, before moving to London to take up a career in fashion. After nearly 40 years in Quality Assurance, I decided it was time for a change and so here I am.

I have a soft spot for cats and my latest rescue is Loki who looks as if he is related to Larry the cat at No.10 Downing Street! I like crafty hobbies such as upholstery, knitting, crocheting and sewing. After taking a wine course a few years ago, in my down time, you might find me wine tasting in Ralph’s.
